High-strength steel
Radio Communications Tower uses high-strength steel such as Q345B/A572 (yield strength ≥345MPa) and Q235B/A36 (yield strength ≥235MPa) to ensure its strong bearing capacity and durability. In terms of wind pressure, the tower can adapt to wind speeds of up to 300 km/h, which is particularly suitable for use in areas with strong winds. This design enables the tower to effectively withstand the pressure caused by severe weather, remain stable and support the long-term operation of radio communication equipment, and ensure that the signal is not interfered with.
Efficient anti-corrosion design
The tower is hot-dip galvanized in accordance with international standards EN ISO 1461 and ASTM/A123, which improves the tower's corrosion resistance. Whether in coastal salt spray environments or high humidity areas, the hot-dip galvanizing layer can prevent rust and corrosion, ensuring the long-term structural stability of the tower. This design greatly reduces the frequency of maintenance and related costs, and extends the service life of the tower.
